  • Service requests and transaction history.

  • Banking or payment details for secure transactions and payouts.

  • Device data, IP address, browser type, and usage analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

  1. Verify user identities, licenses, and qualifications.
  2. Facilitate connections between freelancers and clients.
  3. Process payments and issue payouts.

  • During onboarding interviews, users provide verbal consent confirming their understanding that submitted information is truthful and may be verified.
  • You may withdraw consent at any time; however, withdrawal may limit access to the Platform.

PrimeServe does not sell or rent your personal information.

We may share information only when necessary to:

  • Complete verified transactions between freelancers and clients.
  • Comply with legal obligations, court orders, or regulatory requirements.
  • Prevent fraud, protect user safety, and investigate misconduct.
  • Engage trusted third-party partners (e.g., payment processors, background-check providers) under strict confidentiality agreements.

All third-party partners are required to maintain data security standards equal to or greater than those of PrimeServe.

We retain data only as long as necessary for legal, operational, or legitimate business purposes.
Once data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Freelancer and client verification data is typically retained for up to 7 years in accordance with Canadian record-keeping laws.

PrimeServe employs advanced security protocols, including:

  • Encrypted databases and password hashing.
  • Access control for authorized personnel only.
  • Regular audits, vulnerability testing, and incident response plans.
