As part of PrimeServe’s onboarding process:

  • Facilitate bookings between Clients and PSW freelancers.

  • Verify credentials and professional qualifications.

  • Prevent fraud or investigate suspected illegal activity.
  • Protect the safety, rights, or property of PrimeServe or its users.

PrimeServe may engage trusted third-party service providers, including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, identity verification services, and background screening providers.

These providers are contractually required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security standards.


6. Data Retention

PrimeServe retains personal information only for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide our services.

Verification records, financial records, and transaction histories may be retained for up to seven (7) years, or longer where required by applicable Canadian law.
