Unlike traditional job boards, we personally verify every freelancer and client through interviews, identity checks, and compliance review.

For Freelancers / PSWs / Cleaners

Any certified Personal Support Worker, cleaner, or skilled professional who can legally work in Canada and provides valid documentation such as certifications or sole proprietorship registration.

Yes — freelancers pay a $10 CAD monthly subscription for access to verified job listings, visibility, and secure payments.
This small fee helps us maintain compliance, background checks, and customer support.

  • License and ID validation.

  • Reference or work experience review.
    Only verified users gain full platform access.

Freelancers can withdraw earnings once they exceed $100 CAD.
Payments are processed through PrimeServe’s secure payment gateway and released within 3–5 business days after job completion confirmation.

Yes. Freelancers can list their own hourly or project-based rates within platform guidelines.
PrimeServe ensures transparency so clients know exactly what they’re paying for.

For Clients / Employers

Employers or clients can:

  • Create an account and verify their business or identity.

  • Post job listings or search verified freelancer profiles.

  • Book services securely through our platform.

Yes — every employer or client must undergo a brief verification interview and identity check.
This ensures our freelancers engage only with authentic and trustworthy employers.

Employers can choose from flexible monthly plans:

    • Starter ($49/month): Up to 3 job posts.

    • Professional ($199/month): Up to 10 active listings.

    • Enterprise ($499/month): Unlimited access, dedicated support, and premium matching.

No. All work relationships established through PrimeServe must stay within the platform.
Attempting to bypass the system can result in penalties or account termination to protect fairness and platform integrity.

PrimeServe mediates all verified cases.
Our support team investigates and provides fair resolutions — which may include rescheduling, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

Payments & Refunds

All transactions go through PrimeServe’s secure, encrypted payment system.
Clients pay PrimeServe directly, and funds are held in escrow until job completion is confirmed.

Refunds are only issued for verified service failures or cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Privacy, Security, & Legal

PrimeServe follows PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and GDPR standards.
We use SSL encryption, secure databases, and restricted data access to keep all personal and financial information safe.

All users agree to PrimeServe’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which outline rights, responsibilities, and dispute resolution processes.
In case of misconduct, PrimeServe cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory agencies.

PrimeServe is a platform intermediary, not the employer of freelancers.
We connect verified service providers with clients and ensure transactions are safe, fair, and transparent.
